With Bitwise’s founders having faced justice last month, Fresno has finally found what to do with Bitwise’s “building”, The State Center Warehouse located on R Street north of Ventura Street. It had been renovated extensively for Bitwise’s use, but the building itself had never been occupied yet, and never will be by Bitwise. Now the Fresno City Council will be leasing the second floor for the next 7 years for about 8.7 million. With over 37,000 square feet and existing furnishings, the facility is expected to house over 100 employees in relation for the department in charge of major construction projects for the city.
