Fresno State University has tons of students that utilize bicycles and scooters to get around. Surprisingly, there aren’t that many reported thefts; just a few months ago, a scooter was reported stolen on campus. Nevertheless, Fresno State is being proactive in countering scooter and bicycle thefts with a bike and scooter registration program, in which students can also get a free u-lock.
