I have noticed a lot of work and construction just inside Roeding Park just off the Olive entrances at West Avenue. It’s been going on for month and when I was out that way taking a walk I finally saw what it was all about!
They have added brand spanking new basketball courts, tennis courts, a hydration station, and courts that can double for pickleball. They look great and they’re free to access and use. This whole project is already a screaming success and a great badge of accomplishment for city leadership.
