Jim Costa: Holiday Cards for Vets

Don’t forget! U.S. Congressman Jim Costa’s California’s 21st Congressional District “Holiday Cards for Vets” program cards are due this Wednesday, December 10th, at 5:00 PM.

During these challenging times, everyone can use extra love and kindness. That includes those who have courageously and selflessly defended our nation to give us the freedoms we cherish: our veterans. Your heartfelt, homemade cards can make a meaningful difference and touch the lives of countless veterans.

As a reminder, residents are encouraged to participate by dropping off or mailing homemade holiday cards to Costa’s offices in Fresno and Visalia.

Ahead of the holidays, Congressman Costa’s office will deliver the submitted cards to local veterans at the Fresno VA Hospital, Fresno Vets Home, Coffee with a Veteran in Visalia, and our local posts.
