So, why not have a cocktail that is seemingly based on that Fresno stereotype? At the 500 Club (W Shaw), there is a very unique and eye catching creation known as The Crackpot. It is redbull in a glass, with a shot glass situated in the middle of the glass filled with blue Curaçao. As you sip from the cup, the shot glass automatically tilts, mixing the alcohol with the redbull in your sip. This creation just might have to be up there with the Stockholm Royale as cocktails with Fresno origins.
