by MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A project to expand a section of Highway 41 through Madera County officially broke ground on Friday.
According to county officials, it is the county’s largest road project yet.
“This day has been years and years and years in the making,” Madera County’s Alexan Balekian said. “This groundbreaking is not just any other groundbreaking. This is historic.”
